    Thanks to find this great helpful information since we live in overseas and booked our plots 3 /4 years ago in gulberg residensia thru your rep Mr Asif in USA we did paid all dues and still waiting for possession ,we sent so many email to starmarketting they only say they do not know IBECHC will inform the time for possession ,instead they should say that work is slow it’s taking time ,but they donot reply so it gives a bad reputation for your scheme many of us started thinking it might be a hoax deal as we all know the country is infamous for that ,so make a note of that and let your office bring this matter in attention especially to starmarketing and their rep abroad to have a little courtesy to inform them thru letter or email the development status periodically that will be much appreciated to your clients abroad ,and it’s good for future business for your scheme too ,I have couple of plots in block t (50×90) and my relatives in block p ,if you could give some updates it will be highly appreciated thanks again

    In some of the sectors of Gulberg Residencia, no development work has been undertaken since its establishment despite the fact that investors/purchasers have made enormous purchases in the sectors.
    Due to non-serious attitude of Gulberg Management, the future of the Society in terms of both investment and residential development is not progressive.
    Due to lack of interest by IBECHS in developing the sectors, the investors are facing considerable loses against their investment.
    It will be appreciated if the Secretary Gulberg Society may personally take interest

What is the ACTUAL price range and secondly when SUI GAS connection will be available? Q2. When is commercial sector ‘D’ is to be auctioned? Development work is too slow here.
