Gulberg Dream Heights Islamabad
Gulberg Dream Heights Islamabad is a project of IBECHS (Intelligence Bureau Employee’s Cooperative Housing Society). Gulberg Dream Heights Islamabad is constructing nine-story apartments and flats for its employees at very subsidized rates. It is located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, Block D. The project is a 20-year installment plan. The apartments would also be sold out in the open market at double prices shortly. There are three types of lifts/elevators. Every apartment is a corner apartment. There is planned recreational space between two blocks of apartments for playing of children and a nearby mosque. The basements of apartment buildings would be used for parking vehicles. All the flats are luxury flats. Some of the of the employee’s files of these apartments are available for sale. There are four categories of flats/apartments.
Category A – Gulberg Dream Heights 700 Square Feet (02 beds with attached bath).
Category B: Gulberg Dream Heights, 900 square feet (two beds with attached bath).
Category C – Gulberg Dream Heights 1100 Square Feet (03 beds with attached bath).
Category D – Gulberg Dream Heights 1500 Square Feet (03 beds with attached bath).
